He was late again. He can never be on time. Why does he make fake promises to her? She was tolerating this since they were dating. Sneha decided this time, this is final, she won’t forgive him.
Sneha was constantly looking at the watch and kept remembering Mehul’s promise. But as time passed his words echoed in her ears, and fear and anxiety encircled her mind
“If I am alive, I will reach on time.”
Sneha wore glasses to hide her tears.
What if something happened to Mehul? Why he wasn’t responding to her missed calls? It was their last chance to rekindle their romance. They were given six months by the court to give their relationship a second chance.
Mehul was trying hard to get her back but Sneha wasn’t ready yet. But today his absence made her feel how much she loved him. She prayed for him to be fine. Each moment seemed like eternities.
“Sneha, Sneha, sorry yaar!” She turned to see Mehul. She ran to him and started kissing his face.
“I thought you would be angry. My phone got switched off. I thought you would be angry and never see my face again,” Mehul cried.
“I can not live without you Mehul. Your promise was killing me. I prayed constantly to all gods for you to be alright. I promised God I would never fight with you for not being on time. I am so happy that you are okay,” They hugged each other tightly.
“Some things are impossible, me being on time and you not getting angry,” Life gave them another chance.
