Hugging him tight, hard to say bye,
Bid good night with teary eye,
Aching heart couldn’t do the part,
Six months and still counting they were apart,
The laptop witnessed a love story,
Excited souls though eyes bleary,
People say it’s long distance relationship,
Hard to maintain and keep,
with passing years love fades,
Relationship ends another invades,
Judged so easy and quick,
But she believes it’s a connection cosmic,
With feelings intense and deep,
Flourishes whether path straight or steep,
Jealous they do sometimes fight,
Soon patch up even though out of sight,
Million reasons to be distant for future better,
Yet one to be together forever,
Her eyes filled with love and tears,
remembering the day when she had the long distance relationship fears,
“I want you by my side every morning,
Begin everyday with your face smiling,
But there’s a condition before you become my wife,
For success you’ll have to strive,
Coz Your dream is more precious to me,
for accomplishment let all the sacrifices be,
Project head in London, not everyone gets,
True love always waits..”
Bestowing love, he was her support,
Time flew she headed to airport,
Understanding so clear, trust profound,
Beauty of distant love left world spellbound…..
